How is a booking confirmed?+
A booking is confirmed after payment of the required advance amount. Advance requirements may vary according to room type, dates, season and booking conditions. Contact ORO SHOGRAN for the exact amount.
What is the cancellation policy?+
Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before check-in for a full refund of the eligible advance payment. Cancellation within 48 hours results in forfeiture of the advance payment. No-shows may be charged 100% of the booking amount. Eligible refunds are processed within 5–7 working days. Conditions may vary for special dates, peak season, groups and promotional rates.
